A business school graduate with solid commercial experience in the luxury sector, Jasmine Longuève now specialised in eco-construction for the luxury sector, overseeing the first programme of bioclimatic, eco-built villas on the beautiful island of Mauritius.
A new page has been turned with the launch of LLH ECO EARTH, the first eco-responsible estate agency, which reflects her passion and fervour for healthy living that respects our environment. Tailor-made for a demanding clientele with environmental values.

Dimitri has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, having worked as a business manager for a villa-building company in France. He has also managed a number of projects involving luxury villas and commercial buildings in Switzerland.
He has knowledge in building materials and also smart building. He is also passionate about new technologies.

Cédric Delahaye, architect and director of LAB Réunion since 2006, is a pioneer in the field of tropical bioclimatic architecture. His vision of ecological construction with low environmental impact is the fruit of a desire to build differently so as to bequeath a viable planet to future generations.
For each of its projects, LAB Réunion carefully studies the surrounding environment, the local climate and all the site constraints in order to take advantage of them and improve user comfort.
By bringing all their expertise to the Jiva Santosha project, Cédric Delahaye and his LAB Réunion team are helping create prestigious villas that respect the principles of tropical bioclimatic. Their innovative, environmentally-friendly approach makes these villas a perfect example of eco-responsible luxury construction.

An eminent notary, Mr. Ashvin Krishna Dwarka is the founder partner of the Office Notarial de l'Isle-de-France in Mauritius.
He holds a Master's degree in English law and international tax law from the London School of Economics, as well as a Master's degree in notarial law from the Université de Paris - Sorbonne. He acquired valuable expertise while working for five years in the real estate and finance department of a prestigious law firm in Paris.

As lead architect, Ashween Ramhotar plays an essential role alongside design architect Cédric Delahaye. He supervises the work on site and contributes his expertise and vision at every stage of the process.

With 25 years' experience in the construction industry, Alvin Rampersand founded RAMP Project Consultants Ltd. His company specialises in project management, construction economics and construction consultancy. Alvin Rampersand has worked on large-scale local and international property projects.
As project manager for Jiva Santosha, Alvin Rampersand coordinates the project and the various trades during the preliminary design and construction phases. He brings us a wealth of experience and expertise.
Jenisha Bye Ramma-Mohabeer
Jenisha Bye Ramma-Mohabeer, founder of Le Relié Consultancy, has acquired solid professional experience in property project management. With Le Relié Consultancy, she offers high-quality, innovative and sustainable solutions for businesses.
As project manager for Jiva Santosha, she uses her expertise and experience in project management and human resources to ensure the success of the project. She coordinates the teams and oversees the progress of the project, while creating a pleasant and rewarding working environment.
QuantitySurveyor
The quantity surveyor is a key player in the success of our Jiva Santosha property project. Responsible for estimating, managing and monitoring construction costs, he will also be in charge of coordinating with the various parties involved in the project. We are currently finalising our collaboration with an experienced quantity surveyor who has worked on a number of property projects in Mauritius.

As director of SJPCE, Ramraj Anand Gungoosingh is ensuring that the Jiva Santosha development is as sustainable as possible.
To this end, he is drawing on all the expertise and experience of his teams in timber design, construction on sloping land and sustainable drainage design.
Taariq Mauthoor
Taariq Mauthoor is a chartered engineer with a wealth of professional experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering (MEP). We share his desire to design and build sustainable buildings for a greener future.
As MEP engineer for the Jiva Santosha project, he is responsible for the design and implementation of MEP systems in the villas, such as solar installations, electrical systems and various water networks.
