1 – Responsible for the collection of personal data

As the data controller he collects, Ekô Santosha undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force. As soon as Ekô Santosha is aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from him, Ekô Santosha undertakes to destroy his data, unless their retention is necessary for probative purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he would like Ekô Santosha to correct, update or delete, precisely identifying with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
Requests for deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Ekô Santosha by law, in particular with regard to the preservation or archiving of documents. 4 – Non-communication of personal data
Ekô Santosha forbids processing, hosting or transferring the Information collected about its Users to a country outside the European Union or recognised as "unsuitable" by the European Commission without informing the user beforehand. However, Ekô Santosha remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors on the condition that they provide sufficient guarantees in view of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
Ekô Santosha undertakes to take all necessary precautions in order to preserve the security of the Information of the Users of the Site and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the User's Information is brought to the attention of Ekô Santosha, Ekô Santosha undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible and inform him of the corrective measures taken.
