A strong philanthropic and social commitment
Involved in the social dynamic of our beautiful island and aware of our responsibility towards local communities and future generations, we were keen to strengthen our approach by creating the Jiva Santosha Foundation.
The latter reflects the committed dimension of our real estate programme Jiva Santosha and our willingness to contribute to a socially responsible future in Mauritius.
The Jiva Santosha Foundation is intended to promote our philanthropic values more widely and to make a concrete contribution to social development, helping the local population.
Our approach
Through the Jiva Santosha Foundation, we are able to support associations and NGOs that are already involved, as well as innovative social projects that benefit local communities.
For each unit sold in the program Jiva SantoshaWe collect social funds that aim to help neighbouring populations, foster social interactions or support social projects in the region.
By defining a perimeter of action in the immediate vicinity of our real estate site, we strengthen our impact on local communities.
Our actions
We are currently working to identify the priority social needs of the communities surrounding the Jiva Santosha site. At the same time, we are compiling a list of associations, local NGOs and project leaders in the area we have defined.
Our aim is to support various initiatives designed to strengthen the social fabric and contribute to the well-being of Mauritian communities.
Through its targeted actions, the Jiva Santosha Foundation will have a strong and significant social dimension. We aim to work closely with the surrounding villages to maximise its positive and lasting impact on Mauritian society.
